1981 began as wedding photographer for Faye’s Photos in Manheim. I continue to attend various seminars across the country, learning techniques from Master Photographers and Camera Craftsmen worldwide.


There’ve been many! But I’ll have to admit; the wedding I photographed in March 1993 at the peak of a raging blizzard has to top the list! The reception was postponed to a later date, but getting to and from the church in Lititz was quite an ordeal!

Became certified through Professional Photographers of America. The certification program requires me to keep up with this industry through seminars and print competitions. This continues to give me a fresh outlook in capturing the special moments of our lives!


My wedding photography is a combination of semi-posed candids and the more traditional posed altar shots. Recently we’ve added a black & white photojournalistic style in response to client requests. When time and weather permit, I love capturing some fun moments of the wedding party at a casual outdoor setting.

Although I’ve taken many traditional portraits of children & families, I prefer to photograph them in a natural setting at home or anywhere outdoors. I’m looking for the character and relationships that are unique to each individual and family.
