• Location options for our “Around Town” session include: a stone bridge, local barn, railroad tracks, graffiti, a warehouse building, concrete stairs, and under a bridge… just to name a few!  During your consultation, we’ll discuss the look you’re trying to achieve, & will narrow the selections down to 2 for your session. At the same time, we’ll discuss what colors will go best with each location, so you can choose your clothing accordingly.
• Since the Basic Session is a traditional senior portrait, focus is on a classic look… suits & ties (or sweater) for the guys, and a simple, dark, long-sleeve top with a conservative neckline for the gals.
• If you have an item, such as a musical instrument, or something similar that makes a statement about who you are, please bring it along for the Activities Session!
• Choose which portrait session you’d like, then call the studio to schedule your session (and consultation time).  Sessions must be pre-paid, so be ready with a credit card number… or if there’s time, you can mail a check for your session fee.
• You might be asked to bring along hats, sunglasses, books, etc. for your session. We may not use everything, but it’s important to have those things available.
• A NOTE ABOUT EYEGLASSES:  Eyeglass glare is a problem with portrait photography. It’s important that we can see your eyes in your photographs; so if you wear glasses, please try to get a pair of frames with the lenses removed for your session.  There is an extra fee for artwork needed to remove the glare!

Session Fees & Deposit           
All session fees must be paid at the time you book your session.  50% of order is due when placing the order, with the balance due upon delivery.  VISA, MasterCard, checks, or cash are accepted.

Proofing & Ordering
The images from your photo session will be available 1-2 weeks after the session.  Proofs are presented with our projection system in the studio, where I’ll assist you in choosing the best images.  Please come prepared to place your order at that time.

Retouching on Faces
All poses for your order are retouched for facial blemishes and slight stray hairs - but not on proof images!  Any extensive retouching like removal of braces or other objects will be quoted.

Black & White and Brown Tone (Sepia) Prints
Black & White and brown tone photos can be made from any pose taken.

Yearbook Photo
If yearbook photo is ordered less than 2 weeks prior to deadline, a $20 RUSH fee will be applied to ensure delivery on time.

All images created by Crystal Cooper Photography are protected by federal copyright laws.  You may not copy or have copied any of our images (without written consent).
